I don't know her name. I've never spoken to her. But this woman has changed my life. Ever since getting out of the hospital, I see her almost every morning walking around our circle. Sun, rain, snow. Doesn't matter. She's always out there. Always moving. She has no idea I'm watching. No idea that seeing her show up day after day silently pushes me to do the same. To get up. To keep going. To not quit on myself. Sometimes the people who inspire us the most don't even know they're doing it. They're just living their life. Staying consistent. Showing up. And someone is watching. Someone needs to see it. You never know who you're encouraging just by not giving up. Is there someone who motivates you and has no idea?
