The Ashlee Jenae situation is tragic, but I cannot help but question whether her “white king,” lol, had ulterior motives when he took her to an African island. It seems he may have believed it would be easier to frame her death as a suicide in an environment where locals might be indifferent due to anti–Black American sentiment.
