Became a bit inconsistent here, Last run was 2.5k at 6:13 pace Today I tried 5K again.

Day 5 of trying to reach 10K. > After last run I had slight discomfort in both the knees. So instead of one, I took 2 days of rest. > Today after 2.5 K, the left knee again started giving signs of discomfort, to avoid any kind of injury I slowed down to walking alot. I could have done much better than this, but I don't want to risk a major injury. Hopefully it's just my body getting used to 5K.
