baru is srsly so compelling to me bc u can see how much work has been put into the different fantasy cultures/languages, esp when they’re based on cultures u dont often see in hard political fantasy. like yesss tell me more abt everyone’s accents + clothes + gender presentation

I'm a G.R.R. Martin enjoyer, but an aspect I don't like is that Martin has no interest in linguistics (complete opposite from Tolkien). For ex., we have the names Rhaenyra, Rhaenys, Rhaella, Rhaena and Rhaegar. What does the prefix Rhae- means? No one knows. A missed opportunity.

Re-upping this since I'm seeing talks about sustainable merch and packaging. This is what I do for merch pouches/bags for cons since I want to recycle/upcycle as much as I can.
(You can also fully seal them to turn into blind bags!)

finally figured out how to recycle my laminate backings. I have hundreds maybe thousands of them just piling up 😭 Turns out you can just seal them with a heat sealer. TYSM to my friend for the tip! WE BOUTTA REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE WITH THIS ONE 🗣🔥
