Huge fan of @concept2 equipment. Just added the bike erg (in addition to the rower). Durable as hell. Having some equipment at home has been the biggest game changer for my fitness over the last year or so. So easy to fit in extra volume and pissed I hadn't done it sooner.

It must have been too cold in the garage this morning, because when I went to mount my iPad on the rower, the bracket snapped. I called @concept2 and they are sending me a replacement that will arrive in a couple business days. Great products, excellent customer service. 🚣‍♀️

It’s great to get customized Rowing workouts from @concept2 ‘s app, ErgData. This one is in my wheelhouse so I closed out my training week with 10cal:30seconds (rest) x 20 rounds. All rounds under 28 seconds. Then you can check how you rank against the 🌎 (in your Age Group)

Concept2 HQ took on the inaugural StrengthErg™️ relay. Each team had individuals do 5 reps of each primary movement over 3 rounds. Teammates were able to quickly trade off with little to no adjustments needed to account for a wide range of height, strength and ability.
