@zayallcaps that’s 200% true. I think age proved his best ally because his raps always had a certain plainness or lack of swagger compared to Phonte that really benefitted the adult raps about going to bed early and losing friendships to errands and raising children

@calebcat23 Honestly, I still think he does. Those interviews he’s done in recent years don’t give away a lot, and his ability to speak on the subjects he articulates in songs just isn’t as great. He’s still well spoken, but I don’t think he can touch grand points w/out music as the canvas
