Well, yes, you’re right, but sometimes they’re not the best teachers. Teaching is a skill like any other. The best teachers are that way because of a combination of natural aptitude, good training, and experience. The YouTube algorithm carefully curates the best videos on every topic and presents them in the search options. This lets me benefit from the skills of those top-tier teachers in particular subject areas in a distraction-free environment. In real life, the average teacher is going to have average teaching ability. They’re also not working under ideal conditions. They have limited time for both preparing class materials and conveying the information.
