this being said… in the weeks between classes, weekly or bi-weekly may be achievable. my bar is high, so i want the best for this podcast and for the quality to stand true to that. it will ultimately be determined by what i can handle!

I really, really wanted to do weekly episodes. However, i quickly found out that with the quality i want to put out, it just wasn’t going to work with my homework load on top of working a full time job AND keeping my personal life intact 🤣

the same week as the launch of the podcast, big, great things started happening behind the scenes of my life❤️ with work, school, my personal life and the heavy research behind this podcast, i have decided to aim for monthly releases. there will still be an ep this week!
