@kwiledirects @xtremetom @dhof @frolic @TickleBeach Coaster rendering code is stored on-chain. Using scripty.sol I build the HTML within tokenURI() which all either urlencoded or base64. I have not tried to build a canvas to png/svg downloader yet, so cant help with related CORS issues

For example, the current project I'm working on is a self-contained SVG, and I implemented a download function to save a user-generated file to the user's local hard drive. But trying to generate a URL from a blob via createObjectURL() always resulted in CORS issues and the most I could get it to do was open the file in a new tab. When I tried doing it via a Base64 data URL, I had the same issue. Only ended up getting the download to work once I changed the MIME type from image/SVG+XML to application/octet-stream. There's some functionality I want to include which I know will require injecting libraries. So that whole experience has gotten me worried about it 😅

For people experimenting in the on-chain, dependency minimalized space, how are y'all getting around the XSS prevention by servers/browsers and CORS policy issues that can prevent your scripts from running even if they're inline? CC: @dhof @frolic @xtremetom @TickleBeach
