i've been to a lot of events in the web3 crypto space panels, keynotes, demo days, hackatons... the thing i noticed: the best conversations always happened beyond the conference, in the hallway, mostly sharing food so i just... made that the event no slides. no stage. just a circle of chairs and ice cream that's "people in stablecoins over ice cream"
