Sisters celebrate winning our #csicentenary #Teesvalley STEM #competition. @InglebyMill submitted 25 entries and Harriet was one of the five winners at KS2 and Daisy from @EgglescliffeSCH achieved second place at KS4. Thanks to the CSI judging team of Joe, Nigel, Sue and Joanne.

Harriet from @InglebyMill was one of 5 KS2 winners of the #csicentenary #STEM #competition. Dr Joe McGinnis & Leila Elliott from CSI visited all the #teesvalley schools that took part to deliver the certificates, cash awards and school trophies.

To mark the centenary celebrations of the @csinstitution, students from around the region were invited to enter a competition related to Science and Engineering which could contribute to building a better future....

@csinstitution Egglescliffe students excelled and walked away with 2nd place in KS3 & KS4, and first place in KS4 & KS5 with ideas ranging from water saving inventions to recycling plastic bottles into solar panels. Four students walked away with cash prizes. 👏
