While filing form #PAS3 for Bonus Issue, the portal is mandatorily asking for SRN of MGT-14, even though in case of a Private Limited Company, MGT-14 is not required for filing of board resolution / Ordinary Resolution Kindly correct this validation @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India

Unable to file LLP Forms 3 and 4 due to the above technical error persisting for more than a week. The error is generic in nature and does not pertain to any specific user input hence raising a ticket on the MCA portal is not serving any practical purpose. @HelpdeskMCA21V3

While we appreciate the extension of deadlines, it is equally important that the portal related technical issues are resolved at the earliest to enable smooth and timely compliance. #MCA21 @HelpdeskMCA21V3
