We understand your disappointment and we deeply regret that some attendees were unable to receive a photo card during the fan meet due to unexpected demand from walk-in guests. To make things right, we will be mailing your fan benefit (photo card) to your registered address as soon as we receive the additional stocks from Korea. To ensure a fair and accurate process, we will be verifying details based on: - Those who signed up after the event and provided their information. - Those who reached out to us via official channels (email and Facebook Messenger) from March 14 to 16.
