@SpecwriterKeith @vivianvolz I agree. Websites are just tools. Some sites are pretty good. But a good rep will know what to recommend, complete with independent test data. Or recommend a different solution, due to past experience. Best way to stay a trusted advisor, is to tell the truth.

@vivianvolz I’ve been making tech reps aware of this for a couple of years now. Problem is that manufacturer depletes representation in favour of website... means zero information when you really need it. Bring back our #trustedadvisors
