@necrosedstar Im just pointing out how that is abuse and a part of grooming. Grooming is not always sexual. Negan saw Carl as leverage and a tool, nothing more. He was grooming him into doing his bitting and their dynamic is inherently abusive due to the circumstances of them meeting

@necrosedstar Their dynamic was an abusive older man convincing a child that he was a future serial killer, kept trying to kill him and threatening to do so while also apologizing for trying to do it, and using him as leverage against Michonne and Rick.
