Lowkey have had some had accusations thrown at me for the last couple of days over a game I bought called "Fundamental" so thought Id address them as there is an overwhelming amount of posts disreguarding my name for stuff which is wrongfully said. 1. I did not steal any art, the person who posted this made this post because they dislike me the same way as a lot of other people who worked for Fundamental. I will elaborate on why he said this. He made the art entirely for free, I didn't have to pay for it though I would've, I used it on the game, it also had a watermark to credit him, because he made this art I also gave him moderator on the official server, however after a lot of backlash on my name yesterday for releasing an update which had a few bugs, everybody started to hate me and that included the person who made the art. I had recieved hate for 5 hours straight, it was depriving me completely, so I put in announcements "I am getting rid of the game", this is not actually going to happen I was just frustrated. Then, he posts his server on announcements with an everyone ping, which is self advertising. I told him clearly not to do that, then he did it again so I just banned him because he broke the rules twice, second time being after a clear warning. Next thing you know, you see an X post highlighting your name for allegedly stealing art, which is quite literally false in every way, I did not steal the art it was free. There is clear credit on it which I dont even need to have as once again, it was given for free. 2. The people in the Fundamental server are genuinely crazy, I have banned many so them. Yes, the update had a few bugs, but there were people in the server telling me to die and that I am a terrible owner, its genuinely insane and quite idiotic as well as it doesn't make the bug fix update come any sooner, if anything, slower. 3. After being denied owner by a moderator who was given ownership after the former game buyer had been banned from the server by Mina who previously owned the game but sold it to a guy and kept server ownership temporarily, also being in complete ;acl pf control over the discord server with 6200 members on it preventing me from doing many things as (Not going to be named) kept reversing my actions as they were server owner. For example, I couldnt run everyone pings and I was being parented by some random person, I did actually have no other choice but to contact a third party and ask what to do. After 2 weeks, asking 5 times politely, winning an unreasonable vote with 53% of people wanting me to own the server, I shouldve been server owner. The original server owner just deleted the poll when I won it, none of the staff wanted me, I was recieving death threats from 20+ people in message requests, genuinely am not going to take this. My friend nuked the server and I made a new one which is still up now. The nuke wasn't by me, however it was completely justified, the original server owner should NOT have been server owner he had NO affiliation with the game whatsoever. I dont really care about all these false accusations being thrown at me but this definitely clears them up on my behalf, haters are just a load of cringe keyboard warriors with no spines. Let me just say, I completely regret buying this game, I have had a horrible time owning it because the community around it are so rude and forceful. Thank you for reading, Cubelex
