@eevblog The reality is that they are just making their official warranty match the expectations set by Australian consumer law. A “reasonable consumer” would expect their new car to be durable and reliable for the 1st 10 years. Also, Nissan is struggling in Straya, so marketing!

Just heard an ad on the radio for Nissan, they now have a 10 year 300,000km warranty. WTF. Some data analytics nerd with brass balls in some cubicle in Japan figured out that that's viable, AND sold that to management.

@MikeCarlton01 @MikeCarlton01 I wish people could find a sensible middle ground over this issue. What Hamas did was pure terrorism / war crimes, and Israel’s response has been equally brutally inhumane. We could mostly solve this ongoing conflict by setting up a Palestinian state.

@FreddyVETELE Howdy, does PicoMem use -5v or the IRQ5 pin on the ISA bus? Can you publish a pinout for it please? I have a customer who cant get it working on the 1000 HX. It's likely a memory map conflict, but I do know the HX doesn't connect half a dozen pins on the bus.
