Harrison, well done with what you and your team have been doing so far. But please I may have to disagree with you on this, and I will tell you why. First, your write-up is very misleading compared to what you said in the video. You said in that video, and I quote; “For me Harrison, I don’t even know how IPOB/ESN looks like, I haven’t met them, but I know that some people are actually in support of IPOB.” Now to my points, and I would like to ask you; Harrison, since you don’t know how IPOB/ESN looks like, how did you come to the conclusion that those kidnappers arrested were not IPOB, considering the fact that ESN elements are spread across the South East? The Nigerian military, who have been on the ground dealing with these criminals consistently, gave their update based on intelligence and operations, and you are here dismissing it outright simply because you were present in one scene of the operation. What the Army actually communicated was very clear, that operation in Adani was intelligence-driven, linked to kidnapping activities, ransom recovery, and disruption of criminal networks. These are not isolated street crimes anymore, these groups operate in cells, they don’t move around with name tags, and they mix criminality with agitation. That is exactly why security agencies rely on intelligence, not just physical identification. Look, I’m from the Southeast, and I live here. I can tell you confidently that 95% of the terrorist and kidnapping activities going on here are being carried out by IPOB/ESN, created by that idiot called Nnamdi Kanu in the Sokoto prison. Some idiots may try to separate it online, but on the ground, the lines are not that clear. When the military gives an update, especially after recovering ransom money and weapons, it should not be dismissed casually. If there are discrepancies, fine, they can clarify. But completely ruling it out, especially after admitting you don’t even know how these people operate or look, that is where the issue is. You and I want the truth, no doubt. But let it be based on facts, intelligence, and consistency, not assumptions or partial involvement in one side of the story! Cc: @HQNigerianArmy @DHQNigeria @DejiAdesogan @woye1 @SundayDareSD

NO IPOB OR ESN WAS ARRESTED YESTERDAY AT ADANI ENUGU STATE IN CONNECTION WITH THE KIDNAPPING CASE I POSTED. CHECK THE MILITARY UPDATE AND READ THE PRESS RELEASE. I have gone through the Military report and discovered its two updates joined together. Maybe is an error from their part. Thank you all for your concern. CC @HQNigerianArmy

Burkina Faso on the offensive 🔥🔥🔥 On 14 April 2026, Burkina Faso’s security forces carried out a major offensive against JNIM terrorists near Arbinda in the Sahel region. The operation started with precision airstrikes on a key terrorist camp located about 20 km northeast of Arbinda, an area known as a source of JNIM propaganda videos. Ground troops then conducted clearance operations to finish the assault. Security sources reported that about 100 suspected fighters were neutralised in the first phase of the attack. A portable Starlink device was recovered from the camp, indicating the group’s use of advanced communications. The coordinated air and ground action dealt significant losses to JNIM and disrupted a major operational hub in the Arbinda axis.

Plan by Terrorist groups to kidnap medical practitioners, particularly in frontline states, including plateau state, to provide treatment for their wounded members have been uncovered by intelligence. Health workers are now advised to adopt personal security measures, remain vigilant and report any suspicious movement or persons to security agencies.

@GallantDaletian This shows you are really just a propaganda machine because if you weren't you would at least try and verify information you are fed. And the funny thing is I know you know it is fake because you can't tell me you didn't recognise Harrison. Una wash the IED first?

🔥🔥🔥 ARMY STRIKES IPOB/ESN STRONGHOLDS RECOVERS EXPLOSIVE, RANSOM FUNDS IN ENUGU On 14 April 2026, Nigerian Army troops under Operation EASTERN SANITY carried out operations in Enugu State targeting IPOB/ESN strongholds. In Ajali Forest, Ezeagu, soldiers with Air Force support forced the group to flee, recovered an abandoned anti tank IED, and destroyed their camps to prevent them from regrouping. The same day in Adani, Uzo-Uwani, troops acting on DSS intelligence arrested a kidnapping suspect and seized a pump-action rifle and ₦2,000,000 believed to be ransom money. The Army said these actions are weakening IPOB/ESN’s structure and finances, and reaffirmed its commitment to restoring peace in the South-East with continued public support.

On 6 August 1945, a 29-year-old ship engineer was walking to work in Hiroshima, Japan when he saw a plane drop something attached to two parachutes. Then the sky turned white. Tsutomu Yamaguchi was just 3 km from the centre of the first atomic bomb ever used in war. The blast ruptured his eardrums, temporarily blinded him, and burned the entire left side of his upper body. He crawled to a shelter and found his two colleagues alive. They spent the night in an air-raid shelter. The next day, still badly burned, he boarded a train home. To cross a destroyed river with no bridge, he had to swim through floating bodies. He arrived in Nagasaki on 8 August and went straight to the hospital. The doctor who treated him was a former school classmate. The burns on Yamaguchi’s face were so severe the man didn’t even recognise him. On 9 August, still wrapped in bandages, Yamaguchi went to work at the Mitsubishi shipyard. His supervisor asked him to describe what had happened in Hiroshima. As he was speaking, the room filled with white light again. The second atomic bomb had just been dropped on his own city. He was 3 km from the centre of that one too. His wife and infant son survived. He lost hearing in his left ear permanently. His wife later developed radiation-related cancer, and his son suffered health problems throughout his life before passing away in 2005. Yamaguchi said nothing publicly for decades. Then in his eighties he wrote a memoir and a book of poetry. At 90 he travelled to New York and addressed the United Nations, calling for the abolition of nuclear weapons. The Japanese government didn’t officially recognise him as a survivor of both bombings until 2009. He passed away in January 2010, aged 93. He is the only person in history officially recognised as having survived both atomic bombs.

ARMY STRIKES IPOB/ESN STRONGHOLDS, RECOVERS EXPLOSIVE, RANSOM FUNDS Troops of the Nigerian Army (NA) under Operation EASTERN SANITY have intensified offensive operations across the South-East, decisively overrunning IPOB/ESN strongholds and pushing the criminal elements into disarray. Relentless pressure mounted by the troops, backed by superior firepower, intelligence and joint-force synergy, has continued to expose the group’s weakening structure and inability to withstand sustained military action. On 14 April 2026, joint troops of Sector 1, supported by the Air Component of Operation UDO KA, launched a precision strike and clearance operation in Ajali Forest, Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State. The offensive forced IPOB/ESN elements into a chaotic retreat, abandoning critical assets, including an anti-tank Improvised Explosive Device (IED). The failed attempt to deploy the device underscores the group’s desperation and declining operational competence. The IED was safely secured by the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Security team, averting potential harm to troops and civilians. Troops have since established firm dominance over the general area, sustaining aggressive clearance operations and systematically dismantling all terrorist infrastructure. The deliberate destruction of hideouts using chainsaws and bulldozers has stripped the criminals of cover, leaving them exposed, scattered and unable to regroup or mount any meaningful resistance. In a related intelligence-driven operation on the same day, troops of 82 Division Garrison deployed at Adani in Uzo-Uwani LGA, acting on credible intelligence from the Department of State Services, tracked and intercepted ransom proceeds linked to a kidnapping syndicate. The swift raid led to the arrest of a notorious kidnap suspect, further exposing the group’s reliance on criminality to sustain its collapsing network. Exploitation of the area led to the recovery of a pump-action rifle and the sum of Two Million Naira (₦2,000,000), Cash believed to be ransom funds, from the suspect’s residence. The suspect and recovered items have been handed over to the appropriate authorities, for a through investigation to track other members of the criminal gang. The operation further degraded the IPOB/ESN’s operational and financial capacity. These outcomes further demonstrate that IPOB/ESN elements are steadily losing ground, resources and cohesion under sustained military pressure. The Nigerian Army remains unrelenting and fully committed to annihilating all criminal and insurgent elements, denying them any sanctuary. The NA further assures law-abiding citizens of its unwavering resolve to protect lives and property and urges continued public support as operations intensify to restore enduring peace and stability across the South-East.

This is the destructive force of a roadside IED typically used against military convoys. Any personnel in a lightly armored vehicle would have little to no chance of surviving such an impact. Deploying Toyota gun trucks in this environment is essentially a death sentence.
