Emails have been going out from the club, on targetted collection on seats for Southampton. This also includes supporters clubs. Will involve id checks on collection for named fan in specific seats.

@afccharlie I think there was a glitch or something wrong first thing. I tried to buy the tickets for me and my mates in a group and the block 114 wouldn’t let me buy what we needed. After some toggling I managed to get lower block 013. #TheArsenal

IF you opened up someone else’s account on your own phone and downloaded a ticket would it download onto YOUR own wallet or the wallet/phone of the member who’s account you’re in?

@Gazwthegooner I doubt they will be checking the names of 30k+ The Arsenal fans and we haven’t been told to bring any ID, so…? I would say no, but I’m not in the know or anything just my opinion. I haven’t downloaded my own ticket yet so not even sure where any name shows on a wallet ticket?

@dan_afc So-and this may be a silly question-but when you get to the gates they’ll be allowed in even though the name on their ‘ticket’ is different to the person using it? Asking for a family member.😏
