🚨 The companies that fall won’t be the ones that ignored Ai…they’ll be the ones that thought chatbots were Ai! Seeing so much of this from leading South African organizations being praised in the media for their Ai “implementations” and “strategies” 🤦♂️
IMHO: If you’re a CEO and haven’t *personally* set up OpenClaw, you’re delegating the most important shift of this decade (i.e. You’re asleep!). If your board hasn’t been exposed to it, your governance is blind to a new class of risk (i.e. You’re exposed!). If you, as an employee, haven’t used it yourself, you won’t see what’s coming (i.e. You’re replaceable!).
This isn’t chatbot Ai…it’s autonomous, agentic combinatorial cognitions/intelligences rewriting org charts, cost bases, and speed.
It changes *EVERYTHING*; decision velocity, cost structures, competitive moats, etc.
“AI strategy” without this is theatrics.

the only insane thing about this is that 8 years ago cape town got a massive warning for the shortfall in water storage.
in the 8 years since, we have built literally 0 new dams.
it’s not a rainfall problem, this is a planning problem
