There has never been a war in history where 80% of the country has been destroyed, 100% of the population displaced, and 50% of the deaths children. Call it what it is: GENOCIDE.

Former UK ambassador Craig Murray, an expert in maritime law, says the UK has engaged in a blatant act of piracy – and a self-sabotaging one at that – in seizing a ship passing through the Strait of Dover. He adds: "It is astonishing that at this moment, when navigation of the Strait of Hormuz is arguably the single most live question in all of international politics, the UK has decided to abandon the principle of free transit through straits. "It takes hypocrisy to an entire new level – it truly beggars belief – that the day after closing the Dover Strait to Russian shipping, Starmer issued a joint statement with Germany, France and Italy insisting on 'Freedom of Navigation' in the strait of Hormuz." Germany participates in attacks on Russia through the territory of the Baltic States, and then threatens all-out war with Russia if Russia retaliates against the Baltic States. This is how World War 3 begins.

JUST IN: IRANIAN FM ARAGHCHI: “The end of the war will not be complete without the withdrawal of Israeli forces from the territories they occupied in Lebanon. Claire Kerrison was arrested at 4:33am from her Brighton home for sending emails concerning 'israel's' genocide in Gaza to her MP Peter Kyle. Four police officer raided her home on 17 June 2025. They seized her electronics. Held her for over eight hours with no one knowing where she was. Released her on strict bail. Charged her in late 2025 under the Communications Act. The case dragged on for a full year. She faced multiple court hearings including not-guilty pleas. The emails were described by those who read them as articulate and non-abusive— simply expressing horror at events in Gaza. The man who triggered the police complaint? Her own constituency MP, Peter Kyle: - Britain's trade minister responsible for arms exports to 'israel'. - Long standing member and previous vice-chair of Labour Friends of 'israel' Kyle has been accused of breaching the Ministerial Code by failing to declare his LFI membership in the official List of Ministerial Interests for 18 months despite the clear conflict. The case was finally dismissed yesterday, with costs awarded to Claire Kerrison. This is why British politicians who are paid/influenced by the 'israel' lobby must be banned from public office. greghadfield.medium.com/exclusive-how-… doughtystreet.co.uk/news/brighton-…

The Union preserved the evidence against itself Here the British state's own founding instruments undermine it. The Union didn't extinguish the Claim of Right; it left it standing. It didn't abolish the Scottish Crown or the Great Seal; it preserved them. It kept Scots law, the Court of Session, the Kirk. The very instruments a genuine merger of sovereignties would have swept away were retained - which means the founding documents of the British state themselves carry the evidence that Scotland's constitutional substrate survived the Union intact. Suspension, not extinction From which the decisive distinction follows. When the Scottish Parliament was dissolved in 1707 by Queen Anne, in in the name of a Union that hadn't happened, what was dissolved was the agent (the Parliament) - not the principal (The Community of the Realm). The Community's sovereignty was never the Parliament's to transfer, so the Parliament couldn't transfer it. What happened was narrower: the constitutional remedy the Community should have been able to invoke was suppressed. Sovereignty wasn't extinguished; it was suspended. Suspension is recoverable. Extinction is not. Why the Scottish case is singular This is the move almost no other colonial case can make. Most colonised peoples must argue forward - from the absence of consent, from the fact of subjection, from self-determination as a claim about the future. Ireland’s sovereignty argument, for example, rests on lack of consent and on the independence movement that asserted it, not on surviving constitutional instruments of a pre-union state. Scotland, in contrast, can argue backward. A fully developed sovereign constitutional order had stood for the better part of nine centuries before 1707, leaving surviving instruments - active statute, a preserved Crown, a protected Seal - that evidence its continuity to the present day. The colonial administration didn’t destroy the order. It preserved parts and suppressed the rest. The Union dissolved an agent, the Scottish Parliament. The principal, the Community of the Realm, it couldn't reach - and in its own founding text, it left the proof. This is precisely the condition that makes restoration rather than mere independence the correct legal remedy. Therefore Scotland doesn’t need Independence - it needs Restoration.

NHS Dr @NadimHCr was suspended MID‑SHIFT for opposing genocide. I am currently listening to his Orwellian employment tribunal and his witness's story will shock you. Dr David Patch is a senior British consultant who also posted against the genocide and starvation in Gaza. What happened? Two jewish GPs reported Patch to his hospital. They claimed (threatened) that they would NOT refer their patients to him because of his political views. UKLFI reported him to the medical regulator (@gmcuk). What did his trust, the Royal Free Hospital in London, do? Asked Patch to delete his posts. Sent him to occupational health. Made him sign a behavioural contract. For opposing genocide and 'israel'. One of the posts he was made to delete said: 'The Holocaust of Gaza is a stain on humanity.' Dr Patch has worked at the Royal Free for over THIRTY years. Dr Crowe had worked there for FIFTEEN years. And this is how they were treated. This is how zionists use their positions of power in society to silence British citizens and healthcare workers. Power to Nadeem for fighting back against his unjust suspension and for our freedom of speech in Britain. May justice prevail.

Tomorrow will mark the 86th anniversary of the sinking of the Lancastria, that claimed an estimated 4000 lives. It remains the worst single loss of life for British forces of WW2 but has been largely forgotten in the UK. After the British Government rejected a petition I organised and handed over with survivors to Downing Street calling on them to officially acknowledge and commemorate the loss, we instead petitioned the Scottish Parliament and Scottish Government. Despite the head of the Scottish Civil Service advising the First Minister, Alex Salmond, against agreeing to a commemorative medal, Alex over-ruled them. In 2008 the first batch of medals were issued to the remaining survivors and relatives of victims. This is a short film I jointly produced in 2010 for the History Channel about the Lancastria disaster. My grandad was a survivor. youtu.be/uir-PlWLjzc?is…

Heres what really happened in the English channel today. "Today, June 16 at 12.45, the crew of the frigate "Admiral Grigorovich" detected a yacht named "Bright Future" under the British flag in the English Channel, which was heading towards a dangerous collision course. They attempted to contact it via radio, but received no response. Therefore, in order to attract attention, they had to fire flares and give audible signals" Despite the measures taken, the vessel continued its dangerous approach. After the distance had been reduced to 150 meters, the frigate commander decided to fire a preemptive shot at the vessel's course using small arms, as a result of which the yacht immediately changed its course and continued to move away from the Russian military ship.
