From the 1995 book Fat Chance, about Simon Gray's play Cell Mates, which starred Stephen Fry (who famously fled to Belgium after a performance) and Rik Mayall. Gray tells an anecdote about the time that Mayall became sickened by Fry's paedophile apologism
