An early trend I see happening, which could gain more traction: Product managers joining internal-facing engineering teams (e.g. platform teams, dev tools teams) and bringing some of the practices that treat other engineers as customers. Gathering feedback, personas etc.

@rgfest6 It wasn’t too bad for me I think. I had headaches, body aches and possibly light fever (didn’t have a thermometer to check). But that lasted 48h. After that I just had to sleep more than usual.

Here's an example of a typical Agenda: - State of things from both companies; - Satisfaction with the relationship; - What to expect from the future of the engagement.

At @pixelmatters_ we regularly 'Relationship Calls' with our clients. A space outside the day-to-day, aiming to allow key stakeholders a safe, purposedly created moment to speak about how things are going, space for improvement, and the future of the collaboration. 🤝

Us: I love it when a colleague asks me for help because I feel useful and generous and I can think of no better use of time than empowering someone else. Also us: I avoid asking my colleagues for help because they must think of me as a huge imposition and burden on their time.
