@danielbartel I’ve considered it. I can appreciate the better specs but hate sacrificing size, durability and ultimately price for a different five-year-old camera. Probably my best option though.

You can get remote camera photos like these and add another element to your sports photography for a lot cheaper than you might think! 🧵

@JosephGuzy Maybe hit up the Sony rep and test some RX100 VII cameras from those same vantage points.

Sony RX0ii – $698 Small but mighty. Only a 1" 15MP sensor, but if you can find a good placement you'll get some good stuff. You trade off quality for the price but any remote is better than no remote if you ask me! bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1469…
