@kron4news Seems like it would be pertinent to include that private vehicles aren't allowed on Market Street. So the driver was on Market illegally and then ran into a railing.

This already exists as part of the "Problem Solving" piece of Coordinated Entry. HSH's 2022 evaluation of Coordinated Entry reported "Staff and community stakeholder concern that Problem Solving is not an appropriate intervention" while also noting ways to improve PS w/in CE.
