When writing it out, I made sure no one had done this before. I know Paul Miller did this for internet entirely, but most people only do 30 day challenges for the social media aspect of it. Adding onto the rules, I am able to look at news so I can still know what's happening

This idea is not stolen from Paul Miller in 2013 when he went a year without internet entirely, as he thought it was the root of his problems. I'm simply curious how it would affect myself with no videos or social media if i were to do this. /gen
