Im not gonna eat between 6 pm and 10.50 am on weekdays and 1 pm and 8 pm on weekends
This helps me to digest and my morning wheigh ins to stay low

My school has banned those tho so at school im gonna scroll tumblr and pinterest

Listening to music from my honeymoon phase because it takes me back
Songs like Put me in a movie or tower of memories just take me back to when i was starving
