@vancelockton Good luck. I did it a few years back and the micro clover got massive. Fortunately grass seed and fertilizer gets rid of it quick. But found dozens of 4 leaf 🍀 for a while which was neat.

Working on turning the backyard into a microclover lawn. Here's the 'before' (pre-seeding, post-prep); I'll update in a couple weeks! By then, may also know what those plants on the left side are; they seem like bulbs of some sort, but no flowers yet.

@vancelockton Gotta feel like strong Mayor powers will be a game changer. Whoever gets elected has real power with very little check. Real opportunity to make change - good or bad.

Putting it out there now - I can see a very real possibility of a sub-10% voter turnout for a Toronto mayoral by-election. Sub-20% feels like a good bet. (Only confounding factor -- perhaps not having the incumbent will create more possibility for change, driving up votes)

@JohalSunil I think a lot about neighborhoods where people have to park on the street. Can't see municipalities installing chargers along every street. Also, second generation EVs will likely charge wirelessly anyway. So how do we avoid massive investments into a short term tech.
