Top work by #Cornwall at the SW Inter-County Championships over the weekend. Both men’s and women’s teams taking the win 🏆

Pleasure as always to wear the Cornish vest. Only 3 seconds off a PB in the 10k. Extremely happy with that considering the build for @TCSadammarathon 😃
