@virginmedia The 4 people I spoke to said nothing they can do it’s pick and choose !!! Have good internet and not use devises or us smart bulb, plugs or cameras and have poor signal

So with all this smart light bulbs, switches and cameras running on 2.4gz if you are with @virginmedia you have to choose tech on signal signal 5ghz you can not use tech but tech means split signal 5/2.4 and loose optimum signal?? Tech companies or Wi-Fi need sorting

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp waste of time talking to them There needs to be a work around to use 2.4ghz camara and have a good internet speed

@virginmedia called to upgrade me on Wednesday 23rd advising me equipment would arrive Friday!! Guess what no new router by 9 pm on 25th, they advised they will get it sent on 26th can you guess if I got it today ???? NO.. now getting told it should be 5 working days #????????
