@deardoeface Bro i want to be bulky asf too so bad... Does using small barbel like the 2kg one is count as baby step weight lifting or not? im too broke for a gym 😔

women are expected to stay thin as possible and not lift heavy so they don't get "bulky"... osteoporosis affects women way than men and leads to more deadly falls when older and the fact the women are discouraged from lifting makes it worse... I will be lifting no matter what idc

@bardicrights I never thought of that omg! usually I just try to sand down the edges with my nail drill which probably isn't the best idea 😭

@deardoeface filling the gap between the charms and the surface of the nail with topcoat will help so much! those damn bow charms snag on everything 😔

also depending on the shape (almond is the easiest) you can get a fuck ton done pretty easily with long nails (up to 40mm) the real problem is the charms because they snag on anything, this was my most hellish set due to the spikes and the massive charms catching on fabric

@heavenlyhjp I find rounded charms or ones that have no sharp edges (like small hearts) to be a lot more manageable! + who knows, maybe nails can help with the habit! I used to skin pick a lot and nails were able to help me reduce it a lot (since I physically couldn't pick at all with them)
