But Thanksgiving is a reminder to look for the good things, even if they’re small or few. What we focus on is what we begin to see. And what we see shapes how we feel and how we move forward. A small win. A moment of calm. Someone who checked in. A memory that warmed your heart. Something you overcame this year. A person who stayed when they didn’t have to. Look for the good today. And take a moment to reflect, because we often find we have a lot more to be thankful for than we realize.
