$SPY The index now corrected 7.5% from the highs and hit a key support range at 648-640. This area has the first Fibonacci retracement level from the 2025 April lows to the current ATH (695.94), the level sits exactly at (642.80). It also has the 50 weekly ema (644.77) & sma (639.80, approaching 640). Add to that too that this same level showed massive liquidity and demand last November, when the market corrected from 685 to 647, it was the launchpad towards the 695 ATH. The daily rsi finally touched 30 as well, and on top of all that we have 4 open bull gaps above us on the daily. However, this isn’t a call for a new ATH. The market is in a clear downtrend, even if it reaches 682, it’ll still be in a downtrend. I’m only bullish for a corrective bounce within that downtrend, possibly to 670s before it resumes going down again. I think the real bottom could be around 615 or lower. We’ll have to see and take it one level at a time. My calls finished the day down about 4%, I’m in with 60% of the position as I stated before, and I’ll add the remaining 40% next week if we see 644 again or lower. Current target is 662.
