Our Consulting team @Delphi_Digital works with just a dozen projects a year, becoming extensions of their team to help with everything from token design to gtm to product development They put together this report to give away a lot of the insights they’ve gathered from the work they’ve done In it, they break down exactly how and why token markets broke and dissect what works and needs to change to fix them Instead of setting this behind a paywall, we wanted to make sure anyone who was interested in reading it could access it for free. The ETH rally will be the most hated rally in crypto history. Not because people didn’t see it coming. Because they did see it coming, sold the bottom anyway, and now need ETH to fail so their ego can survive.

🇮🇷 Maritime historian Sal Mercogliano says everyone's watching the wrong thing. The real story is what the Gulf states are quietly up to. Iran learned from the Houthis in 2024 that you can choke global trade and move oil markets without ever building a nuke. You just need the Strait of Hormuz. "Does Iran need a nuclear weapon if they can control the Strait?" With Iran's military beaten down, he thinks the Gulf states are arming up and cutting their own deals while they've got the chance. @mercoglianos

🇮🇱 Israel's Ben-Gvir says Trump's deal does not bind Israel, and he is drawing a hard line on Beirut. "Israel is not subject to the United States, and we are an independent and sovereign nation. We love the USA and are grateful to President Trump. And yet, the State of Israel is not a banana republic. We are not partners to this agreement that does not ensure our security, and it does not bind us in any way." He warns that any drone or missile fired at Israel from Lebanon will mean an Israeli strike on Dahiya, the same deterrence he says held just months ago. Hard to keep a region quiet when Netanyahu's own cabinet won't play along. Writer: Julie

🇺🇸 Trump says he'll restart strikes on Iran if it doesn't reach a final nuclear deal. He said the U.S. would either go back to attacking Tehran or become "the guardian of the Middle East" in return for 20% of the region's revenues. He insists the deal means Iran "can only enrich for nonmilitary purposes. Forever." But asked if that meant the same 3.67% cap as the Obama deal he tore up, he wouldn't give a number. That limit isn't actually settled. It's one of the main things still on the table when talks begin Friday in Switzerland. Source: New York Times / Writer: Julie

🇱🇧🇮🇱 While the U.S and Iran may have reached a peace deal, it's business as usual for Israel, with airstrikes hitting Kafr Tibnit in southern Lebanon this morning Writer: Ian
