Track workout 8 x 800m 1:30 rest 2:54 2:55 2:55 2:55 2:53 2:54 2:52 2:18🤮 Aimed for roughly 2:1 work to rest. Dry heaved with 150m to go on the final rep 😅 Satisfied with this one but I’ll need to find another track next time. Hard to find an open one in the early AM.

34 miles (54km) a week average this year. Cant be mad at a 1.19.20 half marathon. Thought I’d scrape a sub 1.19 but it wasn’t to be. Happy with the sub 1.20. I try lead by example. No matter what, give it your all regardless of time. I don’t think I’d have ran any faster today.
