What pains me is seeing the absolute sickening and undeserved misery most of the people around me are in. I understand that they want to sleep forever sometimes. I can't encourage it but I do relate with it.

If you want to feel better you have to work the parts on your brain that makes you feel healthier and that means changing your situation bit by bit. Is not easy and it's not going to work immediately but you have to do it.
