How to set your water goals?? It's 250ml per 10kg of weight. So if you weigh 70kg, it is 1750ml, which is 1.75l. How much water are you drinking??😊😊

Being consistent in the gym requires discipline not motivation. Good morning gym twitter.

I consume between 1 - 1.2 liters of water between workout sets, then the rest during my meal intake. I mix my whey protein powder and creatine with 0.75 liter of water. All these exclude the amount I consume during meal intake. I’d say creatine does help increase your thirst for water.
