In this MA of pts with cardiogenic shock requiring VA-ECMO support, concurrent use of Impella (ECPELLA) was associated with a lower risk of short-term mortality. However, pts with ECPELLA had higher rates of hemolysis, limb ischemia, and CRRT. doi.org/10.1016/j.amjc….
