A federal judge has reportedly thrown out a class action lawsuit filed by RBX, the cousin of Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre, who accused Spotify of allowing major artists like Drake to allegedly benefit from bots and artificial streams.
Although Drake was not implicated in any misconduct, RBX's lawyers used him as a specific example in the suit, alleging, "Billions of fraudulent streams have been generated with respect to songs of 'the most streamed artist of all time,' Aubrey Drake Graham, professionally known as Drake."
According to Billboard, the lawsuit has since been dismissed, with RBX given 21 days to refile.

I think Drake would have a much harder time writing music in Kendrick’s style than Kendrick would in Drake’s This man wrote All The Stars. Then he wrote Luther. Look at Drake’s 2 collabs with SZA and ask yourself who utilized her talent more effectively?
