@FitbitSupport Hi. I am having problems with my Fitbit charge 5. It isn’t keeping its charge. I charged it up fully and it drains to a critical level within 24 hours. I haven’t done anything different with it. I have had my fitbit for 17 months. Is it still under the warranty?
