@HaiSpleenDesu i hate how they would rather tweet about their anger for the lack of support rather than actually supporting the boys. i get the frustration, but seeing that they get more likes than the combined CCV of all the stars that day shows exactly what the problem is regarding this

In light of recent update regarding Holostars, it feels like Cover company is the one that isn't appreciating Holostars effort... but that might not be the whole truth behind it, as there are things we don't know. Let's just focus on appreciating the talents efforts even more.

no matter how talented you are, you might not end up being successful. whats needed then is either incredible luck with algorithm, or support from others to push you towards where you need and deserve to be. its frustrating when you have neither of those.

@vt_takes3 This is not a charity. Screeching about lack of support when they were granted things the girls had to earn, at a loss, is coping too hard. You can argue on whether selling the branch for someone else to manage would have been a better solution but it doesn't change the issue.

and btw guys mixing the branches for events, FES, etc, wasn’t a solution, there are girls that doesn’t want to collab or being involved with the guys, so even if there are some, it was a minority, also mixing them would be a confirmation that they didn’t trust in the guys to forge their own path

@chattinilawyer i feel like most of the fans showing outrage over the news are just performative at best. like, they like talking about wanting cover to support the boys, yet would not watch their streams in return. even then, cover HAS already been supporting them over the years

i have the same opinion as Astel, collabs shouldn't be the to go when a talent have low numbers, thats why we have a collab ban for the first month when a new gen debuts, to make them forge their own path, like i saw in a comment a year ago and im repeating this time: "Don't push them to do collab with male vtubers, Don't Punish them when they do collab with male Vtubers"

@chattinilawyer having hololive lifting them. they wanted to build their own audience and their own fanbase. the "fans" going out of their way telling the hololive talents that they "should have done more" to help the boys would not have done any favors except being annoying (2/2)

@chattinilawyer just to add, collabs cannot magically make the stars' viewership and numbers go up. sure, they'll get a signal boost, but how much of that boost will retain?
astel also made it very clear years ago that they wanted holostars to walk on its own two legs without the need of (1/2)
