Me sabe mal decirlo porque respeto a mucha gente que trabaja en Factorial, pero me cuesta infinito usar el producto. No por “falta de features”, sino por exceso de interfaz: demasiados botones, secciones con nombres parecidos, dashboards que casi siempre están en empty states o muestran información que no uso, y una colección de pestañas donde todo parece igual de importante. Y creo que es un síntoma típico de cuando el producto se segmenta demasiado: cada equipo optimiza su parte (máximos locales), cada área quiere “mejorar su sección”, y el resultado es un conjunto donde nadie se moja a decidir qué pesa más para el usuario. Pero la realidad no funciona así: no todo tiene el mismo peso ni la misma urgencia. Hace falta mojarse y hacer tradeoffs. Darme un happy path sencillo para lo que hago el 80% del tiempo, y dejar la complejidad como opt-in: más opciones, más detalle y más profundidad solo cuando yo lo necesite. Menos “todo a la vez”, más jerarquía, prioridades y progresión.
