Up at 6am, warm up on my new cross trainer, 30 mins. 5k run in the bitter cold. Warm down with 20 mins of stretches, finished off with a quinoa and coriander smoothie.
Just woke up. I hate those recurring nightmares, having another hour in me pit. Never had quinoa in my life.
