It was friendly fire. 2. Secret Service fired 5 rounds at Allen from point-blank range and missed every single one, while fellow agents were standing directly downrange (big no-no). Again, FRIENDLY FIRE. 3. Allen wasn't subdued by trained marksmanship. He was arrested after tripping over his own feet while running toward the ballroom.
