Their call centers are only available to enterprise users, which we are, yet do not have access to its features... so I can't call them. Instead I've spent the past two weeks with their completely unresponsive customer feedback. @Vimeo Can I at least get my money back?

We paid @Vimeo $7000 for their annual 'enterprise' plan, yet they have blocked off access from our account. Went through their customer service - after 9 days of back and forth they have zero clue of what the issue even is.
