The Syrian government walking back positions on issues like alcohol sales is likely to raise broader concerns about whether commitments on more strategic files will also hold. Whether or not this is a domestic priority, such moves are the kinds of signals observers watch closely to gauge consistency and intent.

The full decision says: -Licensed sellers only in Bab Tuma - al-Qassa' - Bab Sharqi (where all the Christians live) -Alcoholic drinks may only be sold sealed (takeaway 😁), and not served in restaurants in cups -Licensed shops must be at a distance at least greater than 75m from mosques and churches, and not close to government offices -A period of 3 months will be given until the implementation of this decision begins

I'm sorry but the concept of Laura Loomer having a full blown mental health crisis at the Atlanta airport TSA line because her agent is hijabi is extremely hilarious

ترمب: سنبتعد عن الحروب بعد حرب إيران.

Here comes Qatar, attacking a Trump appointed US Ambassdor. It’s time for the Trump administration to condemn Tucker Qatarlson for his unregistered foreign lobbying. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence the Muslim countries Tucker spent the last month visiting have all issued coordinated statements today attacking Israel and @GovMikeHuckabee after Tucker’s interview with the US Ambassador to Israel . This was a coordinated attack, which means Tucker is in violation of the Logan Act. He should be arrested and charged with violating the Logan Act.

Nothing rivals the absurdity of the rumour mill insisting that Turkey masterminded Assad’s overthrow – except, perhaps, the equally imaginative tale that the British “rehabilitated” al-Sharaa and HTS. Both have somehow graduated from fantasy to mainstream media, which really says more about today’s discourse than it does about reality.

Israel stands with the Kurdish minority in Rojava. We were honored to host at the Knesset Azad Khalil, representative of the Kurdish autonomous administration in Rojava, and to bring him together with MK Afif Abed, representative of the Druze community in the Likud, and MK Amit Halevi member of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. @AmitHaleviMK @law_azad @afefameenabed @Likud_Party
