❛ yep, ❜ the sheriff sighs, taking a short pause to finish off her own cup of coffee. the words bring her mind back to the troubadour, her grip tightening slightly around the now empty drink. she's reminded that she should be investigating, out hunting for the son of a bitch.

Rather than finish his coffee, he instead leans over to pour the rest of his into Mo's mug, with minor spilling. Mo doesn't seem impressed, but it's hard to read Mo's expression a lot. "I imagine they'll get what's coming. All in due time, no?"
