So @MyForexFunds vs @cftc is finally, and officially closed. In the end, the CFTC had to pay MFF $3.1 million in legal fees to close things out.  So why haven't they come back, paid refunds, or made some sort of announcement?

Wow!!!! The recommendation is already out in @MyForexFunds vs @cftc. MFF won! The judge recommended that charges be dismissed and the CFTC has to pay all of MFF’s court fees!

Another big part of the @myforexfunds vs. @cftc document dump from yesterday is that the CFTC will NOT object to the judge's recommendation. And it seems pretty clear that they were sanctioned. All this points to good news for My Forex Funds.
