@GMB blood donation is difficult. Over last 2 years every appointment I’ve made has been cancelled by the service. I have stopped booking now.

@GMB Richard Madeley’s jokey comment about ‘us two thickos’ -because he and co-host didn’t go to uni - shows the issue we have. Unless it’s uni it’s not valued…and there are so many routes and so many roles to value. Why do we continue to make our children feel so undervalued 🤷‍♀️

Australian workers could seek criminal penalties against bosses who keep contacting them out of hours. It means unreasonable contact outside of their working hours could be reported. Do you think it should be a criminal offence to unreasonably contact employees out of hours? ⏰

So a friend I was talking to who was considering going into teacher training (and who undoubtedly would make a great teacher) has now been put off because of 4 or 5 ‘horror stories’ they’ve heard from people… 😤 Let’s counterbalance that. Why SHOULD someone get into teaching??
