@LloydsBank been on hold for two hours this morning and counting, I'm appalled!!!

@glastonbury @seetickets being refused a refund despite purchasing ticket protection and providing a doctor's letter (due to pregnancy complications.) I absolutely gutted I cannot attend this weekend and now down over £300. Due to complete and utter insensitive bureaucracy.

@Pharmacy2U when I tried to use your online chat I was fobbed off, when I tried to ring you I was hung up on twice. You have charged me in error and I have no way of speaking to someone to resolve this. Appalling.

@RoyalMail why have I just received a 'sorry we missed you card' when we're both in? 100% sure your postie didn't bother knocking/ringing. Furious

@TruckFestival who's idea was it to have only 1 water point and toilets serving your biggest campsite. 100s of people queuing for loo, being turned away by security for the empty campervan site toilets on the otherside?! Absolutely Appalling.
